It is such a rare treat to discover a remarkable film that is original, fresh, and mind blowing. That is what I experienced a few days ago with my first viewing of "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo". Featuring a mesmerizing performance by Noomi Rapace, it will stay with you long after it's intitial viewing. A lot of people are familier with the best selling novels, I was not. I went into the film COLD and was so glad I did. I must say I am awaiting the two (already filmed ) sequels with great anticipation. I think I'll have to stop by the store and pick up a blu ray copy on the way home today...I'm ready to watch again. ****
